Belize Budget Suites, is located on the beautiful island of Ambergris Caye, off the mainland coast of Belize. The property sits in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a cluster of Australian Pine trees, three (3) blocks from the beach, and 1-1/2 miles south of downtown San Pedro. It's a 10-15 minute golf cart ride, from the airstrip to the property. Within walking distance (3) blocks, is one of the best restaurants on the island (serving breakfast, lunch & dinner). Belize is a two hour flight from Houston or Miami, and the island is just a 15 minute plane ride from the mainland.

We are located (2) blocks from the beach.

All our suites have been recently renovated. The property consists of ten (10) suites, (8) one-bedroom/one bath suites and (1) two-bedroom/one bath suite. Each suite has a living-room, kitchenette, private bath and bedroom. Six of the suites (1-2) (6-7) (8-9) can be joined to a adjacent suite (by an interior door), creating a two bedroom suite. One suite will offer a queen size bed, the adjoining suite will offer two twin beds. This works well for families, grandparents, traveling companions and/or groups. The entire building can be rented for group functions or family reunions. We can accommodate a group up to 30 people. This usually requires booking far enough in advance - so that all rooms are available.
