You set sail just before sunset, and leisurely sail down the windward side of Ambergris Caye. Sit back and enjoy handcrafted cocktails as dinner is prepared. The sunset dinner cruise is extremely popular, so reservations need to be made in advance. Cocktail party atmosphere.

What to Bring: Camera, cell phone, personal medications (for the day), light jacket or windbreaker, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, beach towel, swimsuit, cash for park fees (if applicable), and tipping your guide.

DINNER #1: Chicken Breast Stuffed w/ Shrimp-Cheese w/ creamy white wine sauce
DINNER #2: Coconut Mushroom Snapper or Grouper
SIDE: Vegetables Sautéed in Parsley Garlic Butter, and Cilantro Coconut White Rice
DESSERT: Homemade Chocolate Rum Cake

All of our trips offer an OPEN BAR with a selection of special handcrafted fresh fruit signature cocktails, local Belizean rum drinks, margaritas, Belizean beers (Belikin, Lighthouse, & Stout), white and red wine, soft drinks, and bottled water.
