    RESERVATION DEPOSITS
    When making a reservation, a deposit of one nights stay (per room), is required to secure your reservation.   A deposit, allows you to secure the reservation without paying the entire balance up front.  The remaining balance will be charged to the same credit card at check-in (or) 72 hours prior to the date of your arrival.
    FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY - We realize travel can be somewhat challenging.  So we've decided to take the stress out of it as much as possible, as it relates to us.  The following applies:  One nights deposit is required prior to the date of arrival, to confirm and hold a room.  The balance due, can be paid at the time of check-in.

    72 HOUR (FLEXIBLE) CANCELLATION
    72 Hours Prior to Arrival - Fully refundable (less 15% for applicable credit card fees, and governmental taxes). 
    72 Hours or Less Prior to Arrival - Non-refundable. 
    All accommodations are subject to government hotel tax and service charge.  We are not responsible for any losses or cancellations due to non-compliance and non-payment by travel agents, due to failure to confirm and secure your travel arrangements. Reservations which remain unpaid prior to arrival may be subject to cancellation.
    NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES
    A "no show" is not considered a cancellation.  In the event of a "no show" the entire amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card.  NOTE:  There is no credits or refund for "no shows", late arrivals, early departures or unused portions of any reservation.
    TRIP INSURANCE
    We strongly advise trip insurance, as we do not give refunds for airline delays, strikes, political unrest or severe weather (to include hurricanes).   We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance, to cover any unforeseeable circumstances that would prevent you from enjoying your vacation.  Trip insurance is designed to cover you, in the event of unexpected losses (associated with your travel), due to events beyond your control. 
    Belize Budget Suites, Ltd., is not liable for any delay, monetary losses, injury, death or accident associated directly or indirectly with this trip.  Belize Budget Suites, Ltd., Is not responsible for expenses caused by the loss or damage to any personal articles or baggage, transportation delays, or any schedule change.  The guest further agrees not to hold Belize Budget Suites, Ltd., liable for circumstances beyond its control, including inclement weather conditions or other tropical environmental factors.
    By completing the information below, I am authorizing Belize Budget Suites, Ltd., to charge my credit card for the deposit and the remaining balance due (72 hours prior to my date of arrival).  I acknowledge, if my reservation is made 72 hours or less from the date of my arrival, full payment is required to secure this reservation.  This payment is non-refundable.  I also acknowledge, there is a $35.00 USD change fee for any changes made to an exiting reservation from this point forward.

  • Non-Smoking (All Suites) Smoking permitted on exterior walkways

  • Check-In Time:  3:00pm (to) 7:00pm
  • Check-Out Time:  11:00am
  • Late Check Out:  11:00am (to) 12:00pm (Additional $10.00 USD)
  • Baggage storage is available
  • Maximum Occupancy - Suites (#1-9) 3 people
  • Maximum Occupancy - Suite (#10) 5 people
  • Futon couch in living-room, can be converted into an additional bed (in each suite)
  • Suites (#1-9) sleep 2 guests comfortably
    • 3rd person accommodated on the futon couch
  • Suite (#10) sleeps 4 guests comfortably
    • 5th person accommodated on the futon couch
  • Children under the age of 12 stay for free
  • Daily Housekeeping
  • Fresh Towels Daily
  • Room Rates do not include meal plans (at this time)
  • Vacation Packages are based on double occupancy
  • PAYMENT - Full payment required prior to arrival
  • CHANGES-$35.USD change fee to existing reservation

Refunds

All refunds must be submitted in writing to Belize Budget Suites at:   [email protected]

Refunds will be credited to the card the charge was initially made.  If we cannot issue a credit via the credit card, we will issue a credit voucher.  Credit vouchers expire 12 months from the date they are issued (which means, you may apply your credit voucher amount, to a new reservation anytime during the next 12 months).  Credit vouchers are subject to existing pricing & availability at the time your reservation is made.  A "no show" is not considered a cancellation.  There is no credits or refund for "no shows", late arrivals, early departures or unused portions of any reservation.

There are no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or severe weather, to include hurricanes.  We strongly recommend your purchasing travel insurance.
REDEEMABLE CANCELLATION FEES (w/in 12 Months) - Cancellation fees are redeemable when applied to a new reservation (same stay or longer), within the next 12 months.  Cancellation fees are credited to guests new reservation at the time of arrival.  New reservations are subject to existing rates.
Christmas - Dec. 20th (to) Jan. 5th
High Season - Jan. 6th (to) April 30th
Low Season - May 1st (to) Dec. 19th

GROUP BOOKINGS - We can accommodate groups up to 30 persons.  This typically requires booking far enough in advance, so that all rooms are available.
DIRECTIONS TO THE PROPERTY
Once you have arrived at the island (via aircraft or boat), you can take a taxi - from the center of town, to the property.  We are about 1.5 miles south of town, which equates to about a 10-15 minute drive from the center of town.

The directions from the Center of Town are as follows:
Follow Coconut Drive until it turns to the right.  Go to the gas station and turn left (you are now on Sea Grape Drive).  Follow Sea Grape Drive until you reach (Banana Beach Resort & Mata Rocks Resort).  Once you've reached Mata Rocks Resort, take the dirt road directly across the street (going toward the lagoon).  Follow the dirt road and take your second left.  There you will see a two story green building with brown doors.  You have arrived!   Map directions to the property - Directions to Property
