We are located (2) blocks from the beach.  The property consists of ten (10) suites, 9 one bedrooms and 1 two bedroom.  The property sits in a cluster of Australian Pine trees, backed to a littoral jungle, surrounded by a beautiful Caribbean lawn and gardens.  Suites #1-5 are located on the first floor, suites #6-10 are located on the second floor.  Each suite is accessible by an exterior door, adjacent to an exterior walkway.

Family Suites

Reserve (2) Suites Together to Create a Family Suite

FAMILY SUITE:  (3,570 sq. ft. of living area - Total Suites Combined (1-2) (6-7) (8-9)  Family suites are two suites joined together by an interior door, making a two (2) bedroom suite.  One suite will have a queen bed, and the other suite will have (2) twin beds.  This works well for groups traveling together such as families with children, grand-parents, or traveling companions.  Both suites combined equal approximately 1,190 square feet of living space.  There is a private bedroom, bath, kitchenette and living area in each suite, making 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchenettes, and 2 living areas for you to enjoy.  Each family suite can sleep 4 people comfortably.  A 5th & 6th person can be accommodated on the futon couch in the living-room.  Each bed is covered with a jaguar print comforter, overhead are original oil paintings (by Leo Vasquez).  Suite are decorated in a Belizean theme décor, and can be accessed by an exterior door, adjacent to an exterior walkway.  Each bedroom has a split air conditioning unit, which makes sleeping at night enjoyable.   Each bedroom comes with a (5) drawer dresser, flat screen television, iron, ironing board, full length mirror and closet.

• Suite #4, has a queen bed, there is no interior door joining two suites together.
• Suite #5 has a queen bed, there is no interior door joining two suites together.
• First Floor Suites combined can sleep 8 people comfortably. 
• Additional guests can be accommodated on each of the (4) futon couches provided, making a total occupancy of 12 people for the second floor suites. 
• Each suite is decorated with a Belizean theme decor, with a jaguar print comforter on the bed. 
• Each suite has a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, comes fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and unlimited coffee for you to enjoy.

• Suite (8-9) can be joined together by an interior door, with one suite having a (queen bed) & the other suite having 2 (twin beds). 
• Suite #10, is a two bedroom suite with one queen bed and 2-twin beds, no interior door joining two suites together. 
• Second Floor Suites combined can sleep 12 people comfortably. 
• Additional guests can be accommodated on each of the (5) futon couches provided, making a total occupancy of 17 people for the second floor suites.

• Additional guests can be accommodated on each of the (9) futon couches provided, making a total occupancy of 29-30 people for the entire building. 
• There are (6) queen beds, and 8-twin beds. 
• Three of the suites (1-2) (6-7) (8-9) can be joined together by an interior door.
