Island Hopping

Description:   Catamaran sailing and island hopping is not listed on the main list of tours for the general public.  Most of these excursions and tours are done by private charter.  If you are looking for a special or unique catamaran sailing experience, we can customize any excursion or trip for you.  Enjoy a 53-foot catamaran, as you sail around the Belize Barrier Reef to various islands that dot the mainland coast of Belize. We are equipped to assist you with diving or snorkeling, whichever is your fancy.  For those choosing to dive, you will need to bring your PADI card, along with any personal dive computer you may have.

All charters include the use of the catamaran (which meet Belize safety standards), a captain (who is a licensed tour guide), along with several crew members.  Included in charter pricing is cold bottled water and sodas, along with the use of any snorkeling and diving equipment.

When chartering a trip, often the price depends on what you want to do, where you want to go and for how long.  Options to think about, are which snacks and meals you would like to have included. For day trips, we can include a nice packaged “packed lunch”, or a nice BBQ with the fish we caught earlier in the day.

The Belizean warm waters offer some of the best sailing and snorkelling in the world.  Call today to book your personal, private charter.  Depending on the time of year, things can book fast, so save yourself some frustrations and book your reservations ahead of time.

Island Hopping on a catamaran, is an excellent way to enjoy the Belize Barrier Reef.  This is considered a private charter, and can be customized to include any number of neighboring islands.

Private charters can be customized, to create a trip according to what you are trying to achieve.  For some, they simply are looking for individual attention.  Others, want quality time with family and friends, without sharing a boat full of people they've only recently met.  Those with a true adventurous spirit, are looking to go beyond the limits, most tours will take you.

Private charters typically include the use of a the catamaran,  gasoline, an experience captain, a seasoned licensed guide and crew members, along with cold beverages (to include but not limited to:  water, sodas, and punch).

Charters will typically include most gear (to include: fishing gear, diving gear or snorkeling gear, depending on what you want to do).

Charters can be packaged as half day, full day or several days in a row.  When requesting charter past half day in duration, a menu plan will need to be discussed with your tour operator.  You have several options in this regard,.  A nice Belizean lunch can be prepared for you to eat on-board, or you may simply want a "packed lunch" prepared to eat on-board so you can continually fish, dive or snorkel.  Another option that many seem to enjoy, is beach BBQ's.  These are especially nice towards the end of day, when you can sink your feet into the sand and enjoy a campfire, and a cold beer.

Ask for more details about Private Charters, and a customized packaged can be put together just for you.
